The Texting Action Guide contains the information you need to respond correctly to almost every kind of reply you receive. However, there will occasionally be times that you need help figuring out how to respond. You might also run into technical problems for which you need assistance. During texting hours, Team Leaders are available on Slack to provide guidance and support. This video shows how to request help.
