Texting Tools Overview

We use three main tools for our texting work: Slack, Spoke, and the Texting Action Guide. For all three, you need internet connectivity and a web browser (like Firefox, Safari, Chrome, or Microsoft Edge).

Although you can do this work on a phone or tablet, we recommend that you start off by working on a computer, so that you can move easily between these three tools.

This video briefly introduces the three tools and their functions. In later training modules we will look at each one in more detail, and we will show you where to find the tools and create the accounts you need to use them.
